taste of what it's like to be an internet business owner. We're so
excited to be offering this opportunity. At EPC ENTERPRISES, INC. what we do
so hugely exceeds what any other company out there will offer you, it
will completely blow you away. We simply have you start by thinking of a
few topics you like.
So, now you
have a few topics. Rather than just write an article and throw it on the
web and hope for the best, we're going to do the behind the scenes
technical aspect of an internet business to make sure that your page
gets picked up in the search engines. Not only are
we going to do it for you, but we're going to teach you how to do it
too.
Your
Basics
You start off
with the essential basics of an internet business. The basics are writing
good unique content, and promoting your page. These are 2 of the most
important and least technical aspects of an internet business. You'll
get to start with the meat and potatoes of the program, and later on
will teach you how to spice it up.
So, the only
two things you'll be working on in the beginning is:
Don't worry, it's not
that hard, and we will teach you how to do it. This is
your first taste of what it is like to be a business owner, and if you
can hack these two things then you're ready to move on.
Getting
Paid
Initially, on the
article page(s)
you create you're going to get paid 50% of the profits we receive from
the products sold. So you actually get paid to learn. The companies that
we work with usually pay us monthly. So when we get paid, you get paid,
it's as simple as that. A $10.00 minimum commission check is needed
before we can mail it to you. No direct deposit is available at this
time. We currently don't have a system to provide you directly with
tracking results automatically. So, currently we will be emailing
members tracking results only on a request basis at a maximum of once a
month.
Initially,
members are not eligible to receive payments through pay per click ads
such as Google's AdSense. As you grow throughout the program, we will
teach you how to set up your own AdSense account, and will allow you to
place your own google AdSense ads.
In the
unlikely event that we won't be able to find advertiser products for you
site you will be entitled to 75% of the commissions from the AdSense ad
revenue.
Any of your earnings may be adjusted to reflect canceled orders,
returns, etc. Any adjustment made by one of our third parties or
advertisers will reflect in your profits.
Training
Ground or Destination
From here,
this website can be your training ground or your destination. The choice
is yours. You can either choose to grow your business on our website, or
continue with the program and lean towards starting your own website.
You might even decide at this point that an internet business isn't
right for you, and that's fine too. The good news about that is that you
joined 100% FREE and haven't wasted any money on starting an internet
business, and anytime your page makes money you'll still be entitled to
your share of the commissions.
Once you show
a level of success with the basics, earning a regular income (when 100%
of the profits from products sold received exceeds $300), you're ready to advance. If you
choose to stay at this level, you can still create and promote more
pages, we'll continue handle the technical stuff for you (except
product selection), and
you'll still get paid 50% of the profits we receive from the products
sold through your article page(s).
It's in the
nature of this program to slowly introduce you to the process of
becoming an internet business owner. While working through our program,
at this stage you will be allowed to choose up to 50% of the product
selection you wish to receive profits from. We will then have you set up
your own individual account where you will be able to track your own
statistics, and change or add additional products.
If you choose
to advance through our website, you will be taught how to perform all of
the behind the scenes technical work, and every page that you conduct
your own technical work you'll receive be allowed to choose up to 75% of
the product selection you wish to receive the profits from. In choosing
to advance, you will also now be allowed to create and place Google
AdSense ads on your article page(s)
Starting
Your Own Website
If you decide
to advance off of the website this is truly where the magic happens.
This is where the formation of your own business really begins. We will
work with you to build a website for you to manage, and eventually own.
That's right, you will actually have a chance to take your website with
you at the end of this program. This website will be themed towards one
or more of your passions, and just like before, we're going to start off
doing all the behind the scenes work for you, and after we get you
started we're going to teach you to do exactly what we did so that
you'll be able to own and run this site yourself one day. During the
process we are going to split the profits just like stated above at 50%.
After a brief period of product testing you will be allowed to choose
50% of the products that you wish to receive the commissions from, and
will be allowed to have your own account where you can add other
products that you see fit. However, you will not be able to alter our
selection of products until site ownership is passed over to you.
Also, you
will be allowed to create AdSense ads that you can collect revenue
on. You will not be able to alter our AdSense ads until site ownership
is passed on to you.
Transfer of Ownership
So, when does
this site become yours? That's what you really want to know, isn't it?
The answer is once you make $5,000 from it. The length of time it
takes to achieve this depends on several different factors including
your topic, your competition, of course the amount of work to put in,
and many other factors too. It could take 6 months, a year, or two plus
years.
Most
companies will charge you $10,000 to $15,000 from the get go, and
whether you succeed or not, they get paid. With us, we only get paid if
you get paid. It's as simple as that. We believe in our techniques and
strategies, and know that they work. That's why we can afford to do what
we are doing. No money is coming out of your pocket, we only get paid
from the results that we provide. That sounds pretty fair, doesn't it?
So you can probably tell that we really want you to succeed. You can look, but I highly doubt any other company is willing to do the
technical leg work to get you started, then share with you exactly how
they did it, and let you rake in $5,000 in the process. So this is a

When the time
comes for the ownership to be passed over to you, we will help you
transfer the website, and transition you to full ownership. You will
also receive separation training about business entity selection, and
training regarding other options for adding products and advertisers.
Skipping
Training
Many people
ask us if there is a way to skip the first step, and jump right in with
starting there own website, and the answer is: Of course there is, but
we generally don't recommend it. The whole reason we have people start
on our website is to give you a preview of what you can expect as an
internet business owner. You may find you don't like promoting your
page, or don't really like to write much at all. So that's why we
recommend starting with us. It also shows a sense of commitment from
you, and shows us your ability to follow instructions and get things
done. The results that you get from this process is also what will prove
to you that our techniques and methods really work. If you'd
really like to just start on a path of working on your own website, you can
do so with a nonrefundable deposit of $300. It's nonrefundable because a
lot of work has to get done to get you started such as web hosting,
domain selection, site layout and design, etc. So, if this is what you'd
like to do, just let us know and we'll set up an interview with you. For
now, lets get back to our program.
Financial Incentive
Since we
truly value our members, we've decided to introduce a fantastic
financial incentive. As a current member, any new member that you sign
up, you'll be entitled to 10% of the profits from the products sold from
there websites/pages, up to $500 per new member signed up!! You are not
required to participate in this program, and will not be penalized for
not participating. This is an incentive for people who want to make a

Agreement
with Terms of Service:
By using EPC
ENTERPRISES, INC's services you agree to follow the all terms and conditions
in this document. These terms apply to every member of our program.
Member
Eligibility:
Currently you
must be at least 18 years old on the date you sign up, and a legal
resident of one of the U.S. 50 states. Any fraudulent or inaccurate
information provided during the sign up process we result in an
automatic termination of service, and any pending or future earnings
will be effectively forfeited.
Your Article(s):
Articles are
only to be submitted by the individuals who write them. The article(s)
you write are owned by you. You have the right to request removal of
your article at any time. You are solely responsible for the content in
your articles. Any form of illegal or fraudulent content is grounds for
immediate termination and subject to the guidelines in the termination
section of this document.
Research Rights:
All research
performed by EPC ENTERPRISES, INC. is property of EPC ENTERPRISES, INC.
You may not in any way utilize the research and data collected except
for the article(s) it was created for without the express written
approval of EPC ENTERPRISES, INC. To do so is grounds for termination as
stated in the termination section of this document.
Modify,
Discontinue, and Termination of Service:
EPC Enterprises Inc, reserves
the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate any member account, member article(s), member page(s) or
member website(s) for any reason it feels necessary under it's sole
discretion. A termination will also result in the forfeiture of any
future payments. Reasons for termination may include, but are not
limited to what is mentioned in this document.
Illegal Activity:
Any type of illegal activity is grounds for immediate termination from
our program and will result in the forfeiture of any future profit
effective the day of the termination. This activity includes, but is not
limited too the following:
Spam: We do not
tolerate spam at all, so don't think even think about it. Spam is
considered any kind of bulk email, messaging, or marketing. In your
initial contacts you are only allowed to contact individual sites that
are relevant to yours. Each e-mail you send must be individualized to
each recipient. If we receive notice that you have been spamming
individuals you will have a chance to explain yourself. However, if
proof is overwhelming, then your account will be terminated. If
necessary ( i.e. to change link information) you can send bulk emails to
your current link partners, and if sending email updates you can also
email your members ( the ones who signed up for them) in bulk as well.
Warning
About Pay Per Click Ads: Do not spam your pay per click ads,
Excessive clicking of your own ads may result in termination from google
and as well as from EPC ENTERPRISES, INC. Don't Do It!!!
Mass Recruiting:
Recruiting is meant to be done on an individual basis, and not through
the means of mass marketing. For example, sending out large amounts of
business cards and fliers to random people on the street, email, or by
mail is prohibited. If you're reported for spam in this scenario it is
also grounds for account termination.
Inaccurate Information:
Your articles are meant to be informative to your readers. Any type of
inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading information will have to be
modified or be omitted and deleted from our site, this also goes for
articles that have no value to potential readers. As well, if any
inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading information is used when you sign
up it will be grounds of termination.
Notice

You expressly understand that
your use of this service is solely at your own risk, and EPC ENTERPRISES,
INC does not make any guarantee of service. Though our experience shows
our techniques are effective, there is no guarantee that they will work
for you. There is no guarantee that you will succeed in this program, or
earn any profits.
Limited
Liability
By using our program you
agree to not hold EPC ENTERPRISES, INC liable for any loss of profits,
or debts incurred for any reason whatsoever. Since you are not required
to do any form of paid advertising, you do so at your own risk.

Selection: As you find in this document, you are bound by our terms
of service. Apart from us, you are also bound by the individual third
party advertisers terms of service which will be supplied to you. You
must agree to their terms of service before advertising their products.
Any termination from their program for failing to follow their terms of
service must be settled between you and the third party, and you can not
hold EPC ENTERPRISES, INC. liable.
