Member Agreement with Terms of Service:

By using EPC ENTERPRISES services you agree to adhere to and follow all the terms and conditions in this document. These terms apply to every member of our program.

Member Eligibility:

Currently you must be at least 18 years old on the date you sign up, and a legal resident of one of the U.S. 50 states. Any fraudulent or inaccurate information provided during the sign up process we result in an automatic termination of service, and any pending or future earnings will be effectively forfeited.

Definition of a Member:

As a Member of the EPC ENTERPRISES Internet Business Training Program you are considered a student, not an employee, independent contractor, or any other type of work for hire title. You are considered a member until full rights of ownership for your website are transferred over to you when you receive your consented letter of transfer of ownership rights. However you are also considered a member for as long as any article is posted on epcenterprises.com, or any other third party website of epcenterprises.com that agrees to host your article(s).

Your Article(s):

Articles are only to be submitted by the individuals who write them. The article(s) you write are owned by you. You have the right to request removal of your article at any time. You are solely responsible for the content in your articles. Any form of illegal or fraudulent content is grounds for immediate termination and subject to the guidelines in the termination section of this document.

Research Rights:

All research performed by EPC ENTERPRISES is property of EPC ENTERPRISES. You may not in any way utilize the research and data collected except for the article(s) / website(s) it was created for without the express written approval of EPC ENTERPRISES. To do so is grounds for termination as stated in the termination section of this document. We do perform regular thorough checks. So, DON'T do it. It's not worth losing your business over.

Modify, Discontinue, and Termination of Service:

EPC ENTERPRISES reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate any member account, member article(s), member page(s) or member website(s) for any reason it feels necessary under it's sole discretion. A termination will also result in the forfeiture of any future payments to the member being terminated. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to what is mentioned in this document.

Illegal Activity: Any type of illegal activity is grounds for immediate termination from our program and will result in the members forfeiture of any future profit effective the day of the termination. This activity includes, but is not limited to the following:

Spam: We do not tolerate spam at all, so don't think even think about it. Spam is considered any kind of bulk email, messaging, or marketing. In your initial contacts you are only allowed to contact individual sites that are relevant to yours. Each e-mail you send must be individualized to each recipient. If we receive notice that you have been spamming individuals you will have a chance to explain yourself. However, if proof is overwhelming, then your account will be terminated. If necessary ( i.e. to change link information) you can send bulk emails to your current link partners, and if sending email updates you can also email your members ( the ones who signed up for them) in bulk as well.

Warning About Pay Per Click Ads: Do not spam  pay per click ads on your article pages or websites. Excessive clicking of your these ads may result in termination from Google and as well as from EPC ENTERPRISES Don't Do It!!!

Inaccurate Information: Your articles / websites are meant to be informative to your readers. Any type of inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading information will have to be modified or be omitted and deleted from our site, this also goes for articles that have no value to potential readers. As well, if any inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading information is used when you sign up it will be grounds of termination.

Permissible and Non-Permissible Change of Information: As a member of this program, you are permitted to make changes to your selection of products as you feel fit upon your request to do so. You are also permitted to edit the text of your articles, and content on website pages as long as it doesn't impact the research we've conducted. Any website page of which you are entitled to 100% of the product selection and ad revenue, you may edit your information at your sole discretion. However you are in no way eligible to edit any other content of your article pages, or website pages where you the member, and us EPC ENTERPRISES are splitting the products or advertisements without the express written consent of EPC ENTERPRISES. Furthermore, any attempt to modify our ads or products, or change any login information where you the member and EPC ENTERPRISES are to share access, will not only result in termination of your account, but you will be held responsible for profits lost, debts incurred, and all illegal actions in this section will be punishable up to the maximum amount allowable by law. Simply put, DON'T DO IT!!!

Notice of Personal Risk:

You expressly understand that your use of this service is solely at your own risk, and EPC ENTERPRISES does not make any guarantee of service. Though our experience shows our techniques are effective, there is no guarantee that they will work for you. There is no guarantee that you will succeed in this program, or earn any profits.

Limited Liability:

By using our program you agree to not hold EPC ENTERPRISES liable for any loss of profits, or debts incurred for any reason whatsoever. Since you are not required to do any form of paid advertising, you do so at your own risk.

Note About Advertiser Selection: As you find in this document, you are bound by our terms of service. Apart from us, you are also bound by the individual third party advertisers terms of service which will be supplied to you. You must agree to their terms of service before advertising their products. Any termination from their program for failing to follow their terms of service must be settled between you and the third party, and you can not hold EPC ENTERPRISES liable.

Express Written Consent:

Express written consent is never done by email. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER!!! Express written consent is only sent by certified mail, requiring the recipients signature.

Changes to Terms of Service

Though EPC ENTERPRISES in most cases will attempt to contact every member in the event that changes of our Terms of Service take place, EPC ENTERPRISES reserves the right to modify it's terms of service at any time with or without prior notice.

By joining our program you are agreeing that you have read and understand everything stated in this document, and furthermore understand that you are legally bound by the terms here within.
